My Green Hornet (British Racing Green) BMW Z3 arrived early, clean and in excellent condition due to the teamwork of AmeriFreight's Ali and the carrier VIP LLC. What was left of my scrambled mind after an exhaustive search suggested I choose AmeriFreight as my broker based on customer reviews. Ali Miller handled by inquiries with the highest level of courtesy and professionalism. This was my first experience transporting a car. I was more than a little concerned. Ali's honesty and service quickly calmed my concerns. Even though the Illinois pickup from the used car dealer was scheduled 5 days away, Ali arranged the pickup in 1 day - a welcome four days early. Travel time to upstate New York was completed in 1 rather than 3 days by VIP LLC. Even after I woke him from his sleep, the VIP LLC driver, Demis, was thorough, courteous and professional. He kept me informed of his location throughout the travel time. His estimated time of arrival from 200 miles away was accurate within 10 minutes. Overall, my car arrived 10 days before I anticipated. What a team! When Ali phoned me for the last time to ask if I was pleased, I picked up the reciever quickly and heard her singing. Not a bad voice. A happy employee creates exceptional customer satisfaction. I would recomend AmeriFreight to anyone who is searching for a broker. My contract was for the highest level of service. It was worth every cent. Now, if you will excuse me, i am off to wash and wax my car.
