I called Amerifreight for a quote in early August. Due to our timeline, we were unable to utilize the curbside pickup service that is offered. We drove our truck to Amerifreight in Peachtree City, GA. Our truck was in storage until a carrier could pick it up and deliver to us when we arrived in West Texas. From start to finish, Brett was great. Going above and beyond to help us out, including offering to come in on Saturday so we could drop off our truck for storage. Our original quote was $1145. Our actual charge was $1110.
Our auto transporter was JJ&F Auto Sales in El Paso, TX. After receiving the email with their information from Brett, I called and spoke to Aaron. Since we were on the road, Aaron asked me to call him back when we were in El Paso for delivery. Once we were in El Paso, I tried to call him on Monday and Tuesday to schedule delivery. When I couldn't reach him either day, I emailed Brett. Brett immediately took care of the situation. I received a call from a lady who set up delivery for that afternoon. They changed their delivery time three times. We finally received our vehicle. It was dirty on the outside which wasn't a big deal considering it was shipped around 1500 miles.
We will definitely recommend Amerifreight to our family and friends. If we need shipping in the future, we will use them again.
