Agents are great and patient. She helped me to ship my car successfully, an being very patient with my shipment since it was my first time doing a car shipping. I will use this shipment method again, while the price is a little bit high, but good service. Drivers are also good and patient, the only con I do not like is cash or cashier check only, I would prefer credit card transfer or just swipe the credit card via square or lvup service.
