Bait and Switch $525 job cost me $800

I have been around awhile,this is the worst company ever I have had dealings with.Xavier is going to respond to this and attack me about the review.Nothing he ever said was truthful,I tried since 8/1/14 to get my car hauled 4 weeks and 1 day later it arrived.Xavier told me if I agree and sign the contract,he would have car shipped within 3 days,7 days later and numerous emails and non returned phone calls,I wrote a negative review.Within 5 minutes of the review posting he calls and is very angry.Xavier told me to take the review down and he will fix me up.On 8/26 he called with good news ,he has a driver but the deal would be $600,I agreed.He said pay the driver $500 and he would only charge me $100 broker fee instead of the normal $200.I was sent a invoice saying $600 cod to the driver,I sent 5 emails,4 voice mails and a text msg,never responded to ANY.This job cost me $800 from a original $525 quote.I had several companies quoted at $625,I chose Xavier.A big MISTAKE, 4 weeks of total BS from this company.True Story,any response against this info will be a lie

Any response against this will be a lie? Is it a lie that you requested a price different from the one we quoted? Is it a lie that we tried to contact you for several days with no luck because you were in the hospital? We did everything we could to move the vehicle for you at the price you requested and even offered to send you some money to offset the cost when the 3rd carrier requested more money. Also you clearly state that we called you and told you it would be $600 cod to the driver and you agreed. You also clearly say that we offered to give you $100.00 off to offset the cost. So everything you agreed upon was done but you give us 0 out of 5 stars?
