Wow, I had a lot of anxiety about shipping my daughter's car but I was overwhelmed by the service. Olivia Maxie was not only prompt at returning my phone calls but was very good at giving me honest answers to my questions. In fact she took initiative and researched answers ahead of time. This has been an amazingly good experience and I think Olivia has been the best service rep I've ever known (and I'm 58 so that's saying a lot!). Transport Express, the carrier was also amazing. They got the car to us 3 days early which saved us a lot of stress. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company. Way to go! I'm pretty critical as a consumer so this is saying a lot!!
