Even though the company refunded me the cost of the transport they paid a fraction of the cost of repairs for the damage they caused to my vehicle. They use subcontractors and brokers. All companies involved were not forthcoming at all. Their attitude was denial and deception dealing with my claim. They called me a liar. The company that took possession of my car was another company that complicated the process and hid the responsibility of the transport and damages.
