The only problem I had was that the customer service rep told me she would call me the next day with some information but she did not. I had to call twice to get them to call me. After they finally made the arrangements to get the car picked up it went smoothly.

The truck driver, Chris, was GREAT.. He was very friendly and he called several times giving us a status of where he was. I would recommend Chris any time.
