Unfortunately when I put in my request to get a vehicle I purchased moved from FL to LA I did not go with ALS right away I was persuaded by other brokers with their lower price which cost me multiple deposits and having mistrust in the transport industry.I was contacted by alfredo who called to check if I have had any luck getting my vehicle moved. I explained that I was working with a broker but have had no luck getting the vehicle moved Alfredo asked if I understood how the business works and told me that a majority of the people in the industry are brokers who have to contact drivers to get a car moved that his company is a carrier as well but were only running FL to CA in one shot and if the driver is not offered the correct amount of money your vehicle is less likely to move he informed me that the reason my car has not been moved was because not enough money was being offered to the driver from the total amount the previous brokers charged me.Alfredo offered to help me move my car but reminded me that the price was gonna determine how fast the car was moved I was in a hurry but didn't need the car expedited so I decided to go with the standard shipping and im glad to say that I got a confirmation for pick up within 3 days of placing the order and received my car 3 days after which was way faster then all the time I had wasted with the previous company's. I just want to thank the guys at ALS they are life savers after having a horrible first experience next time I need to get a vehicle moved I will not even request ten free quotes I will go directly to the guys at ALS Thanks!!!!
