1. Received 1st Quote - $1300
2. Discount - $35
3. Date of pick up - July 25, 2014

I got this quote on 7/11/14 from this company for $1300. Called them they gave me discount of $35 and deal was finally set up for July 25 pick up for $1265. I was told no hidden fee, guaranteed service on the same day. I emailed back and forth several times and always got the same confirmation on date. I was really concerned about date because I was leaving on couple of days and there would be no one to ship my car after I left and on top had to start a new job immediately after coming to California.

This guy called me in 7/24, just a day before my pick up demanding for $1600 to transport my car. I literally had a fight with this guy over the phone. But I surrendered and agreed for $1600 because I had no option left. I could not contact any other brokers at this last minute and get it picked up in a day or two. This WORST & UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY knows how to trap you in the eleventh hour.

This guy called me again in 7/25, the day my car was supposed to be shipped. He is now asking for $1650 (raised 50 dollar again). I literally got mad and said cancel my order because I cannot afford to keep on paying more each time he calls me. He asked me to be on hold for few minutes and after sometime he said ok fine and agreed on previous deal of $1600. I asked when will the truck driver pick up my car, he said he will give me driver's phone number in 20 minutes and never called me back. I called them several times and left several voice mail, no one replied.

Its 7/26 today and Saturday, called these people again to see if someone could come and pick up my car. No one returned my call again. Around 7 pm, this driver named John called me and said he is coming to pick up my car in or around mid-night. I said OK and kept on waiting and finally driver called me at 1 am Sunday and picked up my car.

I was told by broker that I am OK to have my stuffs up to 100 pounds in my trunk. I had less than 100 pounds of stuffs in trunk. This truck driver now tells me that I might have to pay more for my stuffs and he will let me know in couple of days when he reach out his company.

Ariston Auto Transport charged $100 in my credit card. So, I am supposed to give 1500 cash to this truck driver.

Truck driver calls me in the day of shipping that I need to pay 1650 to him because of additional weight. Requested him and finally paid him 1600 dollar for delivery.

So total payment of 100 + 1600 = 1700 dollar vs. original quote of 1265 (with discount)

Decide yourself now...

his review is not remotely representative of the truth. In summary I was contacted after he had already placed an order with Stateway who did NOT fulfill his order to move her car on one fo the most popular routes in the USA with multiple trucks per day leaving along her route. I did not find one carrier but rather all of them within two minutes. Here is exactly what happened. Mr Patrik had given his order to another broker (Stateway) who could not perform due to NOT offering enough money to the drivers with THEIR contract to make an offer. Mr Patrik called me desperate to get a ride at the last second. At 3:57 AM Eastern time Patrik placed his OWN order to our company without ever interfacing with any representative. I responded to his order at 4:15am July 11th with the LIST of the others who were making offers to the drivers along his route so he could see the group of offers that were NOT being serviced at the exact price break of $1100. At 8pm the same day Victor from All Purpose Movers wanted the order and was right there for pickup but Patrik did NOT answer the phones for me or the driver or his dispatch office. Then the OTHER broker tried to take the credit for finding Victor at All Purpose Movers. Since Mr Patrik was being unresponsive I suggested to simply leave the car at his dealership nearby and I’ll have the driver pick it up with one of the following carriers: 1st Avail. Pickup: 07/24/14 Date Signed: 07/15/14 Dispatched: 07/15/14 - 6:17pm Load Estimated: 07/25/14 Delivery Estimated: 07/29/14 Dispatched To Carrier Name: Five Point Auto Transport Contact: Albert Bushnakyan Phone: 818-404-3303 Email: starautoexpress@yahoo.com Driver: Jack Driver Phone: (818) 209-2610 Then it was dispatched again because Mr Patrik again did NOT respond to the phone calls from the assigned company and driver. OR ME. 1st Avail. Pickup: 07/24/14 Date Signed: 07/20/14 Dispatched: 07/20/14 – 4:03pm Load Estimated: 07/25/14 Delivery Estimated: 07/29/14 Dispatched To Carrier Name: Maxima Auto Express Contact: Manue Guereca Phone: 442-225-2260 Email: maxima.auto.express@gmail.com Driver: Manuel Driver Phone: 760-222-6366 At 10:36pm I emailed him again AFTER he had placed an order with our company. As promised within HOURS I found the next 3 drivers going along his route in the next 24 hour period including the driver who actually took his vehicle on my dispatch. So in a nutshell I handed Mr Patrik 17 drivers wanting the load including the first three as well as solutions to leave her car at a dealership if he wanted to leave immediately along his route. Sometimes you cannot please all of the people all of the time. This is a very popular route with drivers leaving more than 2 times per day. Yes – when I get involved I typically find ALL the driver along the route in a few minutes. I firmly believe Mr Patrik simply did NOT want to pay to have his vehicle shipped.
