Communication was touch and go in the beginning, but once I was assigned a driver things went fairly smoothly. The date communicated to me was not the actual date he (the driver) arrived, but he was early so I did not complain. He was able to get the car to me a day after he initially estimated. All in all the process was low stress and I received my car in one piece.
