Poor customer service

To whom it may concern,

When it all boils down the car was delivered from New Jersey to Seattle with no damage. Unfortunately the car was delivered when I was on travel - a fact that Henry knew. So, to accommodate his mistake I had to coordinate someone else to receive the car.

After an incredible experience with the dealership I am very disappointed with my experience with HJM. Henry seemed motivated to book a sale and move on - even if it meant the car would arrive at the wrong time. To make matters worse the car was picked up before Henry told me the schedule, leaving me wondering what was going on. His solution was for the trucker to store my car in the Seattle area in a warehouse until I returned from travel - which I explicitly stated at the beginning of the project I did not want to happen. Additionally this flawed pick-up and delivery schedule was setup after his first trucker refused to pick up the car.

I will not use HJM again and I would not recommend HJM to others.
