Honestly I was nervous because I have heard (and read) the horror stories but a friend referred me to Premier. Carl was GREAT! He is funny and knowledgeable. I asked the poor guy a million questions and he was patient with me. My car is my baby - BMW. I was terrified that they would scratch her but she met me in Florida exactly how I shipped her. I will use them to take her back home and I suggest them as well. Ask for Carl. He is a doll! Lee is also good people!
