Like many other people looking to ship a vehicle for the first time, we were overwhelmed at the amount of choices and the whole (seemingly) complicated process of shipping a vehicle. To make it worse, we were on a very short timeline of getting our vehicle picked up, and very nervous about the whole process. Even though we were on short notice, we were still very discerning in trying to find a reliable, honest, and safe shipping company to handle our beloved pickup. After hours of research, it was clear that AmeriFreight was the best possible choice in all categories. Nevertheless, we're not rich, so we still got quotes from several other well-reviewed competitors, and to our pleasure, Amerifreight came up on top there too!
We definitely made the right choice, as Amerifreight made the whole process REALLY easy. They were super accommodating of our complicated pickup needs, were very patient and friendly despite our total lack of knowledge about the vehicle transport process, and to top it off, gave us a great price! Lecia at AmeriFreight worked very hard to make sure we understood how everything worked, that everything was taken care of quickly like we needed, and personally kept us updated on every step along the way. Our vehicle arrived right on time, totally safe, and we couldn't be happier with the company, Lecia, or to have our truck sitting safely in our driveway again.
