I was transporting my daughter's car from Washington to South Carolina. Ali did a good job at explaining the process and time frame. She was prompt at returning calls and communicating status. She had to keep myself and my daughter updated. I was pleased with Ali's performance.
I paid premium dollars to find a reliable transporter to ship the car.
The carrier was OK car transport. I was unhappy that the car was delivered at 9:30pm on Aug. 15th. the driver would not drive down my daughter's street and so she had to walk a half mile to meet him. The other thing I requested Ali to address was that I was told that the car was to have no more than a quarter tank of gas, I left an 8th of a tank and it was drained. When my daughter started it up the tank was on "E". We are all concerned about the safety of our loved ones. I notified Ali of my concerns and she said she would be addressing them with the carrier. She told me she would not be using them again.
