I had never used a car carrier before, so I did what I naturally do when needing to find information..go to the internet. After some study and reviewing,I contacted a company( a broker I learned later) To get me set up with hauling my corvette. Now,where I was shipping from and to was somewhat off the beaten path,but was assured I could get fixed up."I'll do some checking and give you a call back in an hour" I was told.That hour was into the 2nd day,and I decided they was not going to have my business. I had a heck of a time getting back i touch with anyone to tell them to get me off the board (something else I was educated about) so I could get another broker that would do what they said they would do. Enter AmeriFreight. My contact person was very courteous, and informed me she would be in touch asap. After a few calls and emails,she told me when my carrier was going to be there,and how much it was going to be. There were no hidden costs,and the transaction was very staightforward. Would I use AmeriFreight again? I actually would not consider using anyone but them at this time.Fast, straightforward, and no hidden costs..Thats what I'm saying.
