Jeff was wonderful to work with. We dealt with multiple brokers at different companies throughout our move across the country, and Jeff was by far the most responsive, helpful and professional. He answered my questions, phone calls and emails with promptness and courtesy. He searched for the best rates for my vehicles (we shipped two), and ensured that the communication between the driver and myself was going well. Each of the drivers we dealt with were very polite and helpful, and did their very best to meet our drop-off and pick-up needs.
