We were a little nervous about the whole process of shipping a vehicle since we have never done that before. We checked out some sites on line and read reviews. There were of course some negative reviews so we were a little hesitant but really had no other choice than to ship clear across the country. Lecia contacted us and explained the whole process. She really put our minds at ease. We agreed to the contract and we got a call back very quickly. She explained what to expect and how it all worked. She called us several times during the process to check in with us. Our car arrived on time by a very nice gentleman. Now, of course the car was dirty. It had just trekked clear across country. A good wash and it sparkled again. I would recommend AmeriFreight to anyone who was in need of this type of service. A side note, as far as honesty goes, our son had left a small amount of money in the car by accident and it was only found when we were cleaning the car. So high scores on honest as well.
