Truck driver issues

We were very happy with the service of Auto Shipping Group. Brandon was helpful in getting the shipping arranged very promptly. The car arrived on time in good condition.

We were not happy with the truck driver from the trucking company. He was supposed to pick up the car on a Sunday morning. He did not show up until 9 at night with no phone call to keep us informed. I called the trucking company but of course it was closed on Sundays. ASG was available on Sunday and also tried to locate the driver. No luck doing so, but they were available and tried to assist. We were able to get the car on the truck on Monday morning, but it meant getting to work late.

Next time I will get the truck driver's cell number in advance.
