They were quick to respond and work things quickly. I would recommend them for others as they maintained communication until the vehicle was delivered. Only reason i didn't give 5 stars is that my vehicle was not delivered on time. The actual carrier service is Transport Express Inc from Washington area. They never answered the phone and left voice mails. But never bothered to respond.There were instances when the voice mail box filled up. When i called next day , i was able to leave a message .SO at least they were deleting it if not bothered to hear. As per contract they have to deliver my car in 10 days.But they ended up taking 16 days. For sure i recommend Autoshipping Group but beware of Transport Express Inc.

We communicated constantly throughout the process and worked very well together, unfortunately the carrier (Transport Express) were very difficult to get in contact with. We had a very late delivery with no update whatsoever, very frustrating. Thanks again Venkat, you were a pleasure to work with, let me know if you need anything in the future.
