I have contacted and worked with my account executive Cassie Swyers of Auto Shipping Group for
my car transportation from East coast to West, Long distance of more than 3000 miles.
I have got strong trust and great relief from her because I have no knowledge and experience about
this area, but she explained in detail on accurate information and possible situation such as cost
Variation, her position as a broker, knowledge, and criteria of the company selection. But because of my
impatience, I changed the company to other mainly because I thought they couldn't meet the day I
requested. After several days passed, I was getting regret to change the company because there was no
commitment and nothing to proceed after they got paid and even I couldn't believe that kind of company
existed and doing business in this area. I felt distinct difference between two companies. Well Cassie has
showed me her utmost efforts to find the right carrier until I changed the company. So right away I got back
to Cassie. Of course she was so delightful to welcome me back. I strongly recommended her to my friend
who is scheduled to move her car to California like me. She is waiting for selling her house. Like these,
I have strong confidence about her while I was dealing with my car. Especially her trust, honest, commitment
and kindness to her customers made her the great asset to the Auto shipping Group.
I like to give her a high credibility in terms of my experience. Highly recommend to other people.

As for truck driver, he is very skillful and an expert to load/unload the car. I got several calls from him to update
the situation/info, which made me feel so relief. And he is very nice guy to meet door-to-door delivery.
It took only 4 days from East coast to West. One day earlier delivery was made. I am very happy now.

We had a long hard battle, that I celebrated when we finally found a carrier for you. I hope your life is long, healthy, and happy. Cassie
