I have had unpleasant experiences with many auto transport companies in the past. Hence i was quite nervous while researching for the auto transport company for my move from Houston to Kansas City. Based on the reviews, i decided to go with Auto shipping. Now i could say that it was a right decision.
Right from Day 1, Renee Janisch took entire responsibility of my move. She was very transparent in letting me know the entire process in which auto companies do the move. During the move, she also helped me by her suggestion to save me some bucks, as i had to change the drop location at the last minute.
Renee is quite helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and had lot of patience in answering all my questions. For any other move i would not look anywhere else, other than Auto shipping group. Would be fortunate if i get to work with Renee too as she was the face of the company for me.
