good customer service - bad carrier

Lecia from Amerifreight was really easy to work with throughout the shipping process. She called regularly to check up on the status of the car and promptly returned calls. Great customer service overall, but unfortunately my car was assigned to a bad carrier leaving it damaged and dirty upon delivery. Lecia tried to help by contacting the carrier for me in attempt to resolve the situation.

I would advise doing a thorough review when selecting the broker company (in this case Amerifreight) AND the carrier (Topline) when the bid comes in, especially for a long haul across the country. I trusted Amerifreight to use dependable carriers, but in this case my car was not delivered in good condition. Once your car has been picked up by the carrier, the broker company cannot control how the actual shipping will go.
