Would Not Use Again - Poor Quality Control

AmeriFreight was able to schedule a shipping time amenable to my circumstances. However, driver called to notify of a day delay due to a broken trailer. I confirmed the amended pickup time with driver. Driver failed to make pickup again due to an additional maintenance issue with the pickup truck that was not communicated until I contacted the company. End result - 5 hours waiting in a parking lot. The driver was late getting to the destination address and when I called/texted a new address and confirmed dropoff at the new point the vehicle was still dropped at the original address. Despite numerous back and forth phone calls confirming locations, texting addresses, and double checking times not one part of the shipment was accomplished with any sort of professionalism. I would not use AmeriFreight to find a carrier again because of poor quality control.
