The Direct Express Auto experience was great. Jenny the main customer service agent assigned to us was friendly and knowledgeable. Mario the truck driver was outstanding. He was clear about when he'd be arriving with the car, and the pick up was done according to what we have agreed. I will use Direct Express Auto again for my future car shipment!
