Miah Park was phenomenal in her communication and her help as we struggled to find a carrier for our car in the middle of the summer. She followed up immediately, clearly, and professionally even though the carrier we did find was less than perfect (a snafu with the key early on, to some minor scratches on the car at destination that weren't there at the pick-up).

Overall, Miah and South Beach Transport was great, but the carrier we used for my car, Philly Express, was not great. When the driver came to pick up my car my husband handed him our Volvo key and then after the inspection he tried to open the car with an Audi key and said that he didn't have our Volvo key. It was a total mystery and led us to miss our pick up window. The next day the driver called back and said he had our key, and that the Audi key he had given us back was for another car on his trailer. He came by that morning to give us our Volvo key and we had to fish the Audi key out of the garbage. It took 2 more days for our car to be picked up.

While we were dealing with this Miah was right there with us, helping us and trying to figure out what happened with the driver.

Miah gets a five star rating in my book. Philly Express gets a one.
