Truthfully. I never write reviews, but someone exhibiting this amount of unprofessionalism deserves a legitimate review. Rather than going on an entire rant about how terrible the owner is, I will just copy and a paste my direct e-mail to him:
"I left a message earlier tonight stating I am officially (and rightfully) ending our contract due to the lack of communication on your end, along with the misinformation that was provided to me. Finding a carrier to transport my vehicle across the country was a new process for me, and you did anything but make the process smooth. When I called you on Tuesday, 7/22/2014 (the first day it was available for pick up), you told me the car would be picked up on Wednesday or Thursday. After this information was provided to me, I asked how this scenario was possible, being that you initally stated during one of our conversations that the driver would notify me 24-48 hours prior to pick up of the vehicle. You assured me this wouldn't be an issue, and I (gullibly) took your word for it. I called Wednesday and Thursday morning, only to speak to a secretary who couldn't provide me any information at all, but rather assure me that my message would be relayed and you would get back to me as soon as possible. When Friday afternoon came around and I STILL had not head anything, I started looking for other carriers. It wasn't until then that I learned the "real" process of your business, as my information is put into a central database that allows carriers/car transporters to pick and choose as they please. With your "competitive" rate, my car was not getting "picked up" (per the terminology of other companies I had spoken to). Had I have known this was the case, I would have offered to spend an extra $100-$200 to ensure my car was picked up in a timely manner. Rather, you unprofessionally ignored my calls and e-mails, leaving me virtually stranded with minimal options at this point. In the end, everything will work out, but I can assure you I will never use your company nor refer you to another person. I'm not entirely sure if this is a family inherited business but someone with your lack of class, accountability, and reliability tells me that you did not start this business on your own.

Triple Booked with three brokers at Once! First Timer Customer IS A LIAR! Regina Cullen Novato, California 94947... Customer was a nervous wreck and on prescription drugs! She had three Brokers looking for the same drivers! This is what happens when you book with more then one Broker in this competitive industry! Customer IS A LIAR!
