This was the first time I have ever used a service like this. When Ms Johnston called, I was interested not only about my specific job but the business in general. She was very friendly and patient as she gave me an overview, and answered all the questions I had. She was knowledgable and extremely professional through the entire process.

The Driver Joe Sanders was wonderful. Right on time, accessible beforehand as we coordinated our delivery time and place. This was especially important to me because the pickup was over 100 miles from my home and I had to be present on site.

Seldom if ever have I had a first time experience with a company I knew nothing about that matched the quality of service or the people I dealt with.

And yes, the company offers an incentive, based on a Lottery of responders, to encourage us to take the time to fill in this form. I did so, but it is not my habit to place my name on any recommendation unless it is accurate.
