Pickup driver neglected to contact me and didn't show up for scheduled pickup day. I called Chris and he immediately took care of the issue. Received a call from pickup driver within 3 hours. Vehicle was picked up the next evening. Arrived in NC within the 7-10 days. Chris made it hassle free for me.
