I had spoken with Mark the entire time from arranging the service to pick and delivery. Mark was great and helped every time I call him. The pickup was scheduled for a Sunday/Monday on an enclosed trailer, the company showed up monday afternoon as promise but the guy just did not want to work with us. He complained the car was too wide and he had to move other cars around and did not want to do that. We had taken the vehicle back to the garage to switch tires to make it much narrower for the driver to fit in and he took off. THIS WAS NOT MOTOR MOVERS, THIS WAS MONTWAY TRANSPORT THAT TOOK OFF WITH OUT THE VEHICLE ON THE TRUCK. Mark called me right away and told me the news and said he will try to get him back and if not he will schedule some other company to come. Few minutes later he called me back and told me another company will come the next day and pickup. I was fine with that and it turned out to be perfect timing and saved me additional $100. The new driver was great and very helpful and careful with the car. Delivery was scheduled for the following tuesday but showed up that friday, three days early. I was very impressed with the transport company service and attention to detail and also with Mark at Motor Movers. Will definielthy do business again if needed.
