This was my first time having a vehicle transported and had no idea what to expect. I had a few bad contacts, then I called Jay. He was very professional, describing every step of the process and making me feel comfortable. Everything went exactly as he described. The vehicle was picked up on time, delivered on time and the trucking company kept in regular contact.If I ever have to transport a vehicle again, I will call Jay first.
