This company picked up and dropped off our car on time. When the driver was delivering our car in California, he accidentally drove through a toll and did not pay. When I contacted the company regarding this issue (we received a violation notice), they quickly rectified the situation and issued me a credit for the violation amount. It was easy to work with them, and they did not give me any trouble regarding the reimbursement for the mistake. I would recommend them for service and would use them again.
