This was my first time shipping a vehicle. I did a lot of looking around before picking AmeriFreight due to the lower ground clearance of the car and the need for a company that would be the most helpful if something happened during shipment.
The deciding factor for me was they were BBB accredited, verified the transporter had insurance, and seemed to be the most helpful if something were to happen to the vehicle in shipment. I was especially leery in choosing the right broker as my family had problems recently with a competitor broker who contracted a shipper who damaged the car and the competitor broker was unhelpful in resolving the damages. They were not a customer oriented company like AmeriFreight is.
Brett was more than helpful and knowledgeable with setting up the order. Brett made the transportation arrangements effortless and always available to discuss the status of the order and make corrections in a professional and timely manner. Brett was an excellent example of a customer service oriented employee which made my auto transporting experience enjoyable. There was never a doubt in my mind that if something were to happen, that Brett would not be there to assist me in picking up the pieces.
The car was shipped within budget, and more importantly picked up and dropped off on time without issue. Detailed information on what was to be expected, and what was expected of me regarding the pickup, delivery, and issue resolution were provided every step of the way. I would highly recommend anyone to AmeriFreight and Brett to arrange their vehicle shipment needs in the future.
