Poor Communication & No show

This company did not respond back to emails or phone calls asking for status of the delivery.
I sent several emails that went unanswered and called their suggested telephone number on 4 separate occasions which also went unanswered. I left voicemails and I had no return calls until I filed a complaint.

The car was supposed to be picked up on a friday and delivered at my doorstep the following monday. I did not learn that the car hadn't been picked up until monday. After I cancelled their service, a lady called from what I assume is their office. She spoke very broken English and understood very little of what I said. I made sure I spoke slow and clearly. This didn't help much though.
