I originally chose this shipping group because of the up front honesty of randy Chavez. He told me my rate may change and gave me an honest bid for what the market shipping rate was. Despite having some confusion from the shipping company that was hired randy Chavez did an excellent job of keeping me abreast of things.
Be advised first time shippers, shipping a vehicle is not like buying a hamburger, fuel rates change, your location of delivery or pick up may be a factor, you name it. Truckers are honest hard working people who are subject to the same road conditions, weather conditions, break downs, repairs that we as car drivers have. Be patient, and go with the company who will explain this to you and work with you throughout your shipping experience. Randy Chavez is an excellent representative of this company. I appreciate his hard work on the movement of my vehicle.
