Lance was AWESOME!!!! He saved me when I was in a bind. I had a contract with another company who had me waiting two weeks after the original pick up date and still hadn't come to retrieve my car. So I decided to look for another auto shipping company. Lance was one of the first to respond with a personalized email explaining why the other company hadn't come pick up my car yet and told me how the auto shipping companies worked. I had called on a Friday Lance worked over the weekend Sat and Sun to find someone to come pick up my car and he got someone to pick it up by Monday afternoon. During the whole process Lance gave me a number to reach him as well as his email which he responded to very quickly unlike the other company. It was quick and easy. The driver texted me an update everyday and my car got here within 4 days. Lance is a hard worker and I am definitely going to use auto shipping group again.
