We decided to try this company to ship our Rogue because we heard they were pretty good and they gave a military discount. When we first started talking with Graham (our auto transporter) he quoted us $960 and he told us that included their military discount of $35. We thought that was a pretty fair price and told him he could begin picking up the car on a Monday (we were moving the Tuesday of the next week). We were under the impression they would pick the car up within 1-5 days of the first pickup date we gave them. As we were busy packing and moving all of our things we finally decided to give Graham a call because we had not heard a word from him about our status on the pickup and it had been 7 days since the pickup date we gave him. Each time we spoke with Graham he always wanted to rush us off the phone. When we inquired about the status of our Rogue he said no one wanted to pick it up so he would need to raise the price. He tried again at the price he originally quoted us ($960) for 2 more days and by this time we had hit the road for our big move and left the car with a friend. We finally told Graham he could raise the price a LITTLE if he needed to. He called back with a quote for $1300 and we agreed but then that deal fell through. While we were trying to deal with a situation on the road he kept calling us multiple times in a row when we clearly were not able to talk. We finally answered and he said he had a driver for $1400. I thought this price was outrageous! How did we go from $960 to $1400?! We felt so pressured and rushed by Graham on the phone we just said "okay". I felt bad I kept having to bug my friend to let her know the status each time we got a call and what we needed from her. The driver came the next day around 10:30pm and picked up the car. We had a wonderful experience with the driver, but it was the absolute WORST experience we have ever had shipping a vehicle and would NEVER recommend or use them again. We told Graham several times how we felt like it was a bait and switch and he told us several times there is nothing he could do. Where did that military discount go? Graham couldn't show us proof we received it.

We are very concerned when we receive responses such as these. We will make sure this customer will still get the discount for the military and follow up on the reasons for this negative review. We can only strive to do better. It is important to note that many customers decide to ship with us as we are insistent on our honesty first policy. By acknowledging your mistakes and willingness to improve without trying to artificially impress visitors through coercion how good your business is, customers appreciate it endorses it.
