My car was picked up and had NO exhaust problems at all and was delivered with muffler damage. The car was picked in Arizona and then was off loaded to another car carrier in route to Illinois. The second driver off loaded the car at some truck stop 20 minutes away and then he drove it to the delivery location and then had my son’s girl friend drive him back to his truck. Bulldog just kept referring to the bill of lading in the Liability Disclaimer to letter E- stating Undercarriage damage and damage caused from overloaded or lowered vehicles. They forgot to mention that your car will be off loaded and reloaded to another transport truck and the driver will drive your car.
So the bottom line here is if you want you’re under carriage (Exhaust system) to get tore up by a dishonest transport company then by all means use Bulldog Trucking.

We are sorry for any damage that may have occurred during the transport of you vehicle. However, this is a 21 year old car and things do tend to go wrong. We spoke to Charles and notified him as per the BOL that both parties had signed that letters G,D,&E state that we are not responsible for damage to the under carriage or to the exhaust system as parts may rattle and become loose during transport.
