Got The Job Done, Couple of Bumps In The Road

I had a unique situation of having a UTV won at an auction needing to be picked up prior to a date the auction site would move with an impending holiday weekend. The pickup location was in an off the beaten path locale complicating things and only allowing for a few shipper options. Auto Shipping Group was able to commit to my pickup needs though it did leave the late a few days after promised, i was happy to get someone to commit and the price was higher than i wanted at the time, but still acceptable. Jeff was very good at working between me and the carrier and did provide an insurance certifcate prior to pickup. Communication between the broker and carrier was a little spotty, but after some delay, the vehicle and its attachments were on their way to STL. The only other hitch to the situation was the extra tire/wheel set that came with the vehicle were left at the depot in Washington State and the vehicle arrived a day late in STL. I worked with Jeff to get my missing parts resolved and after a few emails and phone calls, the items were located. I ended up having to coordinate shipment of the items via FedEx back to me, but the shipper did cover the $125 cost so alls well that ends well.

It seems like there are issues with almost every carrier in one way or another and nothing goes absolutely smooth. With that said, i did appreciate the courtesy and professional displayed by Auto shipping Group and would use them again. Thx
