I want to give everyone a honest situation of my experience with AmeriFreight. I received a quote that was extremely reasonable and to my price liking. Of course, I chose AmeriFreight over other companies. After I hired Amerifreight to transport my vehicle, my work order was stagnate for a week, missing my previously requested transport date. Amerifreight was helpful to me in these times, trying to find a carrier to transport my car. Afterwards, I agree to priority shipping (which increased my cost), so I could have my car as soon as possible. This cost increase surpassed the cost of other companies. However, Amerifreight was very detailed and keep me informed about carries who could meet my needs suddenly. The carrier was informative about his whereabouts and was extremely helpful when he arrived. My car was NOT running when it was transported. He even gave me a ride to the nearest Advance Auto, so I would not have to pay anymore transport fees. I installed a new battery in my BMW and I'm driving my car now. I think this was a interesting situation. I would recommend Amerifreight to anyone else in the military because they did treat me with great customer service and was extremely helpful.
