I believe the Auto Shipping group acted unethically. I received an email from Felicia (from Auto Shipping group )stating she noticed my car had not shipped yet from Bangor going to Houston and would like to discuss . On May 28th we made contact with each other and based on what we discussed I decided to get rid of the carrier that I was previously using to go with her company. This decision was based on information that Felicia stated that the company has been in business for 35 yrs and they had contact with a wide range of drivers to be able to deliver my car. I had already been waiting for 2 weeks for my car and she new my urgency to get my car. She quoted me a price of $1245.00 and said she believed she could get it to me quickly. After waiting approx 2 weeks with her reaching out to me often I was requesting an update, she then started saying the delivery was based on timing and she was working as hard as she could to get it dispatched. On June 4th I received an email stating that she had a driver that was going on vacation for 2 weeks but would be able to do it when he returned for $1300.00 with a $185.00 pre authorization. I told her that I was not willing to wait that long and to continue to find me a driver but for some reason if in 2 weeks I would use him as that would be my only option. On June 15th she reached out to me to tell me that she had found a driver but it would be $1500.00 and $160.00 pre authorization. I stated that I was upset that the quote was now $400.00 more than previously stated. She then explained that Maine was rural and it was hard to find a driver. I then stated I think I should wait for the previous driver for $1300.00 and then she was saying that now that driver was not sure when he could do it and that if we didnt book the driver she just found we may loose him. I explained to her in length how I felt.I feel that I was taken advantage of and violated. I know they are based on commission and used my situation to her advantage. I explained I could have taken the car to Boston had I known Maine was considered rural and it would have cost me half the price.

**FELICIA BOND @ (602) 428-6872 felicia@autoshippinggroup.com ** Call Felicia Bond for 5 Star Customer Service ** Hello Linda, Thank you for your business and for taking time to provide feedback on your experience. Gosh, I'm really sorry to hear that you were not happy with your experience. I had spoke with you after you had booked and placed with another broker that had over promised and undelivered. That company was not a carrier. A carrier in our industry is the company that is transporting your vehicle not the company booking the actual order. I had established availability with a carrier that could provide availability for $200 less than the company that you chose to ship with. The 1st company you booked with had your order for 3 weeks and dodged all your calls. Your focus was having it load sooner than later because you were accruing storage fees from loading address. I went to bat to try and establish best price for your budget and the quote ended up dispatching closer to our expedited shipping rates. Your car was the only vehicle available within 100 miles from Bangor, ME. When you placed your reservation we had pre authorized $250 and when the car loaded we captured $160 to help with your budget. You paid the majority to the carrier direct which is not Auto Shipping Group, Inc. I kept in contact with you approximately 8 times from loading through delivery. I worked really hard to provide you with 5 star customer service. In conclusion; this review is not representative of hundreds of clients I have serviced. I apologize your experience wasn't stellar. Please take care. Sin cerely, Felicia B.
