Point A to Point B but too expensive

I thought my price was rather high and making it available for 1.5 weeks was supposed to help that but didn't really. Jorge made it clear about my below market rate but I still believe it was $100-150 more expensive than it should have been and he seemed to just let the carriers have the upper hand in negotiation. My ratings would flip at a different price but at this one, this seems more like a luxury rate and I didn't have luxury service, just regular service...Jorge was overall helpful but I once called the main number and the female person was not...I had a good responsive carrier and think I would have been better off trying to work with them directly. There were some minor gaffes though. One, they said they would pick up between 10-12 pm but it was the afternoon. Also, the carrier needed me to drive it to a bigger parking area a mile away which isn't a problem but I've seen big trucks in my neighborhood so I'm not sure why they would do that. On the flipside, my car arrived not that dirty but no issues and no damage. Timing was great...I wouldn't use Amerifreight again as I think I could have gotten a better price elsewhere and even with a nice person in Jorge, I never really think they're on your side in terms of cost. If I got $100-150 back, I'd recommend the hell out of this place. But at my price, they should have transported my car on a red carpet. Look elsewhere
