I had my car picked up in Ohio and delivered to Oregon. There was a lack of communication between companies, but Rod would always answer his phone and help me out. Rod did a great job of helping me due to lack of communication and to get my vehicle to me. The sub contracted company told me a wrong delivery date and ended up driving to a location that was not where we wanted to go, thanks to Rod however we were able to get my vehicle that day because it was a crucial time. Upon delivery my keys were missing and there was a little damage to my vehicle. Rod was the ONLY PERSON that helped me out in contacting the companies insurance and was always more than willing to go above and beyond. The company I would not use again, but Rod makes me want to try again.
