The vehicle showed up in good shape, so that is most important. The workers were helpful and friendly, but there was a large communication breakdown between them and the drivers. They should have been the middle men, but I found myself being responsible for providing them with updates from the driver. On multiple occasions they promised to call me back with info, and neglected. I had to be very persistent about getting updates. The driver came about 5 days after they told me he would. The service was not horrible, it was just very unorganized. The price was right, so I'm grateful for that.
