I had never shipped a car before and Bill Ross was extremely helpful in letting me know how the process worked. He called me throughout the process and was always available when I called him with my concerns or questions. He was up front and honest with me when the price of shipping the car changed. Also he gave me his advice of when I should arrange for the car to be picked up and where. I had a specific time frame of when the car could be picked up in California and it arrived exactly at the right time. He advised me to have my car be picked up in the Metro Detroit area as it would cut down on the cost of shipping. The only thing that I would change is that the terms and conditions should be altered to reflect the true policy of having belongings in the car during transport. Also they should be more up front about it. Be aware that the price of the quote can change, but they will try to make the actual price as close to the quote as possible. Overall, I had a great experience and I would use Magic Carpet again.
