This was the first time I've used an auto transport service. I had a 2014 Chevrolet Volt shipped from a CA dealership to Salem, Oregon. It had to be arranged so that I paid the dealership and the dealership paid the carrier, as they needed to show the State of California that they paid to ship the car out. Despite this challenge, Lance was able to arrange it without a problem and communicated with me and the dealership at each step.

My original quote was for $670, so it did come out higher than originally quoted, but that was because Lance called and told me there was an optional offer to pick up the car early if I wanted to spend the extra $50. I even got the car a day earlier than expected! The carrier also called me the day before to confirm a good time for delivery. The car was dirty, but this is to be expected when you wander into Oregon using an open carrier - you can't avoid the rain! I have my new car and the experience was smooth, I'm happy. Lance was fantastic, the dealership was happy, I'm happy - I would totally use these guys again if I ever need to.
