The car was picked up on time and delivered within a week. The car was delived with only 1 gallon of gas in the tank and the tires with very low air pressure. A trip to the closest gas station was necessary to fill with gas and increase the tire pressure to the proper amount. There was dust and some oily residue on the car when it was delivered. There appears to be something loose in the dash that will need a service appointment to correct. This was not the condition of the car when it was picked up.

The terms and conditions were availible immediately. I did not have to pay to see the terms and conditions as with other companies. I did not have to request the information. It was made available with the estimate. Because of an unusual circumstance, the pickup date was required and could not vary. The car was picked up on the exact date needed. The driver was in constant contact throught the transportation. The car was delivered at the place requested. The driver notified me of the time he would arrive and was waiting for me to arrive. The driver was professional and pleasant to work with.

Stephanie Hamilton was terrific in making sure the car was picked up as needed and made sure all information about the transport was available ahead of the pickup time. This is the first time I have shipped a car separate from my furnishings. Stephanie Hamilton made the experience an easy one.
