I have to admit I was a little overwhelmed by the amount of calls I received once I started researching shipping my son’s car across country. Some of the calls were rude and others were very pushy. The amount of bad mouthing of other companies by some of the callers was quiet disconcerting. Once I found the Transport Reviews web site I started looking and reading about companies. I limited myself to only 5 start rated companies. I ended up talking with Jeff Vigue from Magic Carpet Auto Transport. Jeff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Jeff spent a lot of time on the phone with me educating me to how the car shipping process worked. What an education I got. We agreed on a price that I thought was fair. It was not the lowest but not the highest either-a fair price from the other quotes I was barraged with. The car was picked up on time and delivered on time. My driver was Vitaly. There was a bit of a language barrier with Vitaly and I was concerned the car would not be secured. My son had some items in the car. I contacted Jeff and expressed my concerns. He followed up with the company and driver. The car was delivered on time, undamaged and all contents in place. Thanks Jeff, thanks Vitaly!!
