Originally I booked my shipping order with Amerifrieght. However, several days had gone by & I hadn't heard a single word on the shipping status of my vehicle.Finally, on the last possible shipping date, I decided to call the Amerfrieght representative handling my case (Graham).He advised that the quote HE gave me, was entirely too low & told me my truck was still sitting due to the non competitive price. This was discouraging because as a customer, I'm looking to my representative to be the liaison between me & the trucker. If something isn't right, I expect u at the bare minimum to give me a courtesy call regarding the issue. At this point I stumbled onto Magic Carpet, & spoke with STEPHANIE HAMILTON. She had a wonderful attitude & was very diligent & aggressive about finding a driver. Within 30mins of speaking with her, she found a driver & he arrived AN HOUR LATER. I literally went from being desperate to get a driver to having one show up at my door step within a time span of 2hrs!
Stephanie was either really lucky that day or just that damn good! But either way, I appreciated her diligence & her ability to find a driver!

**CALL STEPHANIE HAMILTON FOR 5 STAR SERVICE 360-853-2803**~Candace, Thank you for the wonderful review. I am glad i was able to get your vehicle moved in a timely manner. I am sorry you had to go threw hassles with the other company. We have great relationships with our preferred carriers and we have numerous carriers that cover this route on a weekly bases. The one thing about the industry is having experience with pricing specific routes. If we are not offering the correct rate the drivers refuse to accept it until it is showing the requested rate. However, again i am so glad i was able to get this moved for you quickly. Feel free to contact me again should this need arise again. Take Care!
