I really have to say thank you to Graham from AmeriFreight. I must have been one of the harder cases because I had to move the date a couple of times because of family issues. However, despite that, Graham went above and beyond when accommodating my new dates and finding a great mover for me. I barely had to lift a finger.
His customer service and care were concierge-level and I appreciated it, immensely.
Whenever I get into unknown territory (this was my first time moving a car), one big issue for me is the trustworthiness of the vendor I am dealing with. I can say that Graham was very trustworthy and went the extra step to do what was necessary to make sure I was comfortable with the move.
