I hired this broker to find a carrier but it was posted at $350 to the carrier which would not even get a bicycle transported let alone a truck. I had to pay an upfront deposit of $250.00 for the transaction to even begin. When I found out the posting I knew it was never going to get transported so I cancelled the transaction. It took them 5 minutes to take my deposit and it has been over 30 days and I still have not received my money back. Their contract says if they have not hired a driver you will receive full refund.. I have yet to see it and no one will call back to even say that it is in the accounting process. Why should any company take 30-60 days to refund if they haven't even provided the service? I have never even received a return phone call from their customer service department. Don't use them.
